Main Responsibilities:
  • Approaching customers and achieving sales by adhering to the La Prairie Art of Beauty facial guidelines.
  • Marrying Art of Beauty and selling skills together to achieve KPI's.
  • Building a good client base with the help of internal CRM and business planning.
  • Reviewing daily goals throughout the day and liaising with line manager to make improvements.

You will also be responsible for visual merchandising, presenting the beauty room in luxury standard while working with the visual merchandising team to meet company guidelines. Additionally, you will need to ensure the counter is spotlessly clean and well maintained, fully stocked and that all products are stored by category and shade sequence.

This role requires strong communication skills, ability to build relationships with others, and be informed about current and new business initiatives. You will work collaboratively as a team member, possessing persuasion and negotiation skills, and able to follow through energetically with events and achieve goals.
