We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Principal Project Manager to lead complex projects from concept to launch, driving impactful innovations in medical technology.
As a key member of the project team, you will:
- Develop and deliver life-changing products by managing cross-functional teams and ensuring project alignment.
- Lead and execute project plans, including timelines, resource management, and compliance with design control and regulatory requirements.
- Define, negotiate, and coordinate resource needs across departments.
- Communicate project status and key updates clearly to stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets and oversee capital expenditures.
- Drive project execution from initiation through successful delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Level 8) in engineering, science, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of relevant industry experience or 8 years with an advanced degree.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional projects from start to finish.
