About the Job

This role will see you working as part of a dynamic team servicing clients in the private equity industry.

As a Corporate Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include assisting the GPFS International team with administration activities across multiple entities.

You will be required to work closely with team members and clients, communicating effectively and providing timely support.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Improve processes and procedures to standardize workflows
  • Communicate with fund teams on workflow timing
  • Coordinate with operations directors for new software initiatives
  • Maintain high service levels and ensure accurate deliverables
  • Manage personal time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Participate in special projects as assigned
  • Develop and foster client relationships, establishing trust and confidence

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • CGI qualified or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in funds administration
  • Experience in Company Secretarial and Governance services
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
  • Knowledge of the fund industry and regulatory requirements
