The main objective of this role is to ensure the security and safety of hotel guests while maintaining a high level of customer service during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with colleagues to secure the hotel and its guests during late-night hours.
  • Promote a positive guest experience through exceptional customer service.

This position entails working approximately 5 nights per week, from 10pm to 6am. Hours may be subject to change based on business needs.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role or as a Night Auditor.
  • Previous experience covering front desk reception and bars during nighttime hours.
  • Familiarity with property and security procedures, including safety protocols.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and experience with night audits.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • A competitive hourly rate of €12.50-€13.50 depending on experience.
  • Free parking and meals on duty.
