Stock Manager Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a Stock Manager to take on the challenge of managing stock movements in and out of our business through the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage store teams to achieve high standards of excellence.
  • Coordinate stock entering and leaving the business via the supply chain.
  • Manage warehousing and movement of products.
  • Primary responsibility for staff management, driver management, accurate detail checking, and correct recording of entries.
Day-to-Day Duties:
  • Operate core P.O.S system.
  • Develop daily and weekly reports.
  • Produce and schedule weekly/monthly reports.
  • Assist with sales floor holiday and day off cover.
  • Manage team to maintain areas under primary responsibility.
  • Constant communication with colleagues on planning and efficiency.
  • Assist with stock takes as required.
  • Perform other duties as required from management.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and people management and motivational skills. They must be highly motivated, computer literate, and efficient with a good track record in meeting deadlines.
