We're seeking a talented and driven Corporate Sales Director to join our team in Dublin.

You'll work closely with our Head of Sales, corporate team and operations to develop a strategic plan to expand our corporate presence in Europe.

The Role:

  • Proactively build relationships with potential and existing clients to promote our brand and increase sales.
  • Grow our corporate database by driving group sales and attending networking events, trade shows, and other opportunities.
  • Create and manage relationships with third-party agencies and collaborate with marketing to enhance our brand platforms.
  • Host and arrange internal networking events, showcases, and product launches.
  • Monitor and exceed revenue targets, as well as manage any staff recruited for this department.
  • Develop proactive monthly, quarterly, and annual strategic plans.
  • Be willing to travel throughout Europe as required.
  • Manage semi-private, private area, private room, or half- or full-venue hire bookings.

**Requirements**

We're looking for someone based in Dublin, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays when needed.

Responsibilities include hotel overnight stays, attending company meetings, and communicating with HQ Support & site teams through multiple platforms (phone, email, and Teams).

**What We Offer**

We provide a competitive salary up to €33,000 per annum, plus a commission-based bonus. You'll also enjoy friends and family discounts across the Lane7 Group, free bowling and activities for you and up to three others (off-peak times), and 25% off food and drink.
