Project Leadership Role

The role of Project Controller involves driving the advancement of gigabit networks in telecommunications technology. This dynamic opportunity allows for enhancement of existing project teams, fostering collaboration and optimizing project delivery.

As a Project Controller, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and subcontractors to manage FTTH Network Build projects efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing effective working relationships with project stakeholders and teams within client organisations.
  • Planning, tracking and managing project deliverables and interdependencies to meet forecast requirements.
  • Collaborating with design and build teams to optimize scheduling and delivery, reducing costs and improving processes.

You will also be responsible for monitoring project Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities & Threats, producing delivery schedules/plans against forecasts and milestones, and ensuring adequate staffing and timely provision of ancillary services to meet project delivery.

Required Skills
  • 2+ years experience in a similar position in telecoms build operations.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and subcontractors.
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate and timely reporting.
  • Flexible and adaptable to challenges; willing to learn and develop skills.
