Job Summary

We are seeking a Director, Financial Business Partnering to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute financial strategies that align with business objectives and drive profitability.
  • Provide in-depth financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making and resource allocation across various departments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financial accountability.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accurate financial planning and reporting.
  • Provide financial guidance on business cases, investments, and strategic initiatives to support sustainable growth.

Your Profile

  • Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (e.g., MBA, CPA, CFA).
  • Extensive experience in financial business partnering, with a proven ability to influence business decisions and drive financial performance.
  • Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
  • Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning, with proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change in a complex organization.
  • Track record of delivering financial insights that improve business outcomes and support long-term strategic goals.
