Job Description

This role is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of Donnybrook Fair Stillorgan. The successful candidate will be required to develop a deep understanding of the store's functions and ensure that all assigned activities are delivered efficiently and with high accuracy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Weekly Invoice Check and PO Tasks: The Operations Manager will be responsible for conducting weekly invoice checks, processing purchase orders, and serving as the first point of contact for the DF Internal Controller.
  • Daily Invoicing and Back-Office System Management: The candidate will enter daily invoices into the back-office system accurately and efficiently.
  • HACCP Process Support: The Operations Manager will support the HACCP process and requirements in store.
  • Operational Support: The candidate will provide operational support to the Ops Manager and Senior Management team, including daily/weekly reporting on store KPIs.
  • Compliance and Food Safety Administration: The Operations Manager will ensure compliance with cash office procedures and partner with the HR department to administer colleague onboarding, filling, holiday bookings & balances, ER, Compliance, and other HR-related tasks.
  • Training and Development: The candidate will ensure that colleague mandatory training is up to date and compliant, including MLA.
  • Meetings, Training, and Events: The Operations Manager will organize meetings, staff training, and other events, including minute-taking for meetings as required.
  • Stationery and PPE Ordering: The candidate will order stationery and colleague PPE (safety shoes, hair nets, etc.).
  • First Point of Contact: The Operations Manager will serve as the first point of contact for site managers and employees.
  • Correspondence and Queries: The candidate will deal with daily correspondence, emails, and other queries.
  • Notice Boards Maintenance: The Operations Manager will update and maintain notice boards in all areas of the site.
