What You Will Do

  • You will be integral to providing transaction support and financial due diligence services to clients who are considering either acquiring a business or selling all or part of their business.
Key Responsibilities

You will gain a deep understanding of the dynamics of the business and how it operates, understand the sector in which it operates, identify the likely risks for the buyer of the business and the factors that drive the value of the business, and assist our client in achieving the best outcome for them in the deal.

You will develop strong analytical and technical skills, learn to undertake company valuations and business modelling, and work in a dynamic and high-paced setting, where every transaction offers new opportunities to learn.

From day one you will receive dedicated mentoring and coaching through real-world application.

About The Role

This is an opportunity to acquire the technical skills and knowledge required to become a professional in a wide variety of disciplines including continuing your career in Transaction Services, transitioning to Corporate Finance, Private Equity, other Merger & Acquisition related disciplines, or furthering a career in business generally.
