About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior structural project engineer to join our team at Clifton Scannell Emerson Associates. As a structural engineer, you will play a key role in the design, supervision, and monitoring of building projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical knowledge of structural engineering and the construction process, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Designing building structures to the Eurocodes using various materials, preparing manual calculations, and utilizing software packages such as Tekla Structural Designer, Robot, and TEDDS are key responsibilities of this role.

Maintaining design folders, communicating with internal and external parties, preparing design drawings, and reviewing drawings prepared by others are also key aspects of this position.

Additionally, you will undertake site inspections as required under BCAR 2014, report writing, review of contractor and design team proposals, and assist in undertaking duties of the PSDP, Assigned Certifier, and Ancillary Certifier.
