This is a pivotal role within our organization, focusing on the adoption and integration of strategic tools for Privileged Access Management (PAM).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the onboarding process, ensuring seamless access to required systems while maintaining security protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement streamlined onboarding workflows, leveraging automation and procedural techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address complex integration requirements.
  • Design and maintain sustainable privileged access management architectures.
  • Enforce PAM standards and controls throughout the onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for privileged access policies and procedures.
  • Pursue ongoing training and education in PAM technologies and best practices.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  2. Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, Unix, Linux), databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Databricks) and code/scripting languages (SQL, PowerShell, Python).
  3. Experience with Identity and Access Management/Privileged Access Management concepts and best practices.
  4. Proficiency in APIs, SCIM integration a plus.
  5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
