**Job Brief:**

We are seeking an experienced Evening Site Supervisor to join our team, responsible for overseeing daily operations and managing a team of colleagues.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support the HR team with IR matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with recruitment and selection of employees, identifying candidates with the right skills and experience.
  • Work closely with the site manager to manage colleagues, delegating tasks as needed to ensure efficient operations.

**Requirements & Benefits:**

  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar management/supervisor role, with strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Fluent English (both written and verbal), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Working Hours & Salary:**

Enjoy a competitive salary of €16.20 per hour, working Monday to Thursday 4.00pm-12.30am and Friday 4:00pm - 11:30pm. Alternative hours, shift patterns, and unsociable hours including weekends may be required.
