The role of a Retail Team Lead is to foster a superior customer experience while driving relevant KPIs. This involves delivering and modeling exceptional service, teaching and coaching team members, and addressing customer issues. To excel in this position, you must possess strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop your team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Deliver and model a superior customer service journey reflective of Canadian Warmth that translates into an exceptional customer experience; track, report and measure relevant KPIs.
  • Team Development: Teach, coach, and demonstrate service and selling behaviours that drive relevant KPIs and reflect a luxury culture and help each team member become a highly accountable and effective brand representative.
  • Culture Leader: Maintain an inclusive and diverse working environment, support talent development, and encourage ongoing education for the store team.
  • Coach and Develop: Actively coach and develop team members to improve performance and foster growth.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve or exceed sales targets including both the top and bottom-line results.
Requirements:
  • You have 2-3 years of leadership experience in a related industry.
  • You hold a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • You have experience working with luxury lifestyle brands.
  • You possess previous Flagship or high-volume traffic experience.
  • You have experience in guest relationship management tools.
  • You have experience in payroll and expense management.
  • You have a solid understanding of retail math and metrics.
