Key Responsibilities:- You will be responsible for coordinating complaint handling analysis and investigation activities, including receipt and documentation of incoming complaint devices.
- You will perform laboratory duties related to the complaint analysis and investigation activities, including analysis and investigation of customer complaints.
- You will assist in test procedure development and non-routine analyses relating to root cause investigations.
- You will coordinate cross-functional activities in the investigation of customer complaints and determination of root cause.
- You must have a Bachelor's Degree (Level 8) in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
- You must have experience in a medical devices or related environment.
- You must have lab environment experience.
- You must possess strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Practical working knowledge of statistical data analysis, problem solving and quality improvement tools and techniques is preferable.
