- Job Title: Deli Support Specialist
- Location: Castleknock Filling Station
Job Description:
The successful candidate will provide a high level of customer service, prepare and assist with food preparation when required, and set up/replenish counters and merchandising the Deli.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide fast, friendly and efficient customer service to meet customer needs and expectations.
- Prepare and assist with food preparation when required to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
- Ensure all equipment in the Deli is regularly cleaned and maintained to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Maintain and deliver effective HACCP programme for the Deli to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Work as part of the team to provide excellent food preparation quality, presentation and service.
Skill Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Deli support experience with a focus on food preparation.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.
- Able to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with HACCP procedures and ability to implement them effectively.
- Basic food handling and preparation skills.
