Operations Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee business operations across the Munster region. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who can inspire teams, manage client relationships, and deliver exceptional services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop operational teams to achieve excellence in service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring contract compliance.
  • Drive operational performance, achieving consistent results against KPIs, budgets, and service standards.
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement, enhancing the customer experience.
  • Ensure all sites operate in line with group policies, including health & safety, sustainability, and food safety standards.
  • Deliver financial performance targets and manage resources effectively.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in a multi-site management role, preferably in catering, hospitality, or facilities management.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Commercially astute with a track record of delivering financial and operational targets.
  • Flexible and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full driving licence and ability to travel regularly within the Munster region.

Benefits:

  • Salary: €70-75k plus benefits.
