Job Summary
CareerWise Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Utility Engineer Lead to join our client's Life Science team in Limerick. This is a contract role that requires a strong background in utility system engineering and leadership.
About the Role
The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of utility system engineering principles and experience in leading teams. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining clean system unit operations, establishing critical parameters, and resolving equipment and operational issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and monitor the critical parameters for all clean systems to ensure they are in control.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve equipment and operational issues.
- Solve problems using formal techniques such as Root Cause Analysis.
Requirements
We are looking for a degree-qualified professional with 5-10 years' experience in Utility/Process Engineering. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical interest in Large Molecule Manufacturing and Bioprocess Engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a Process Team.
- Drive Utility area continuous improvements; capital projects and reliability upgrades.
