Our hospital provides comprehensive cancer diagnosis, treatment, and support services to patients from across the region. As an Oncology Liaison, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team working closely with consultant medical oncologists and haematologists to deliver exceptional patient care.
- You will be responsible for triaging patient referrals and coordinating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Your expertise in medical and/or surgical oncology nursing will enable you to provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members.
- Preceptorship and teaching experience will be valuable assets in this role, as you will be involved in training and assessing students and junior staff.
To be successful in this position, you must be registered on the General Division of the NMBI register and possess a postgraduate qualification in Oncology Nursing. Extensive experience in medical and/or surgical oncology nursing is also essential. A management qualification and preceptorship/teaching experience are desirable but not mandatory.
