Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for early career HR enthusiasts to gain additional experience in a manufacturing environment.

You will play a key role in supporting the HR Manager with various aspects of the HR lifecycle, including updating policies, generating reports, creating training programs, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A proficiency in tools of the trade within human resources, including HRIS, file management, and administration tasks, is also essential.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and has a high level of discretion and professionalism.

  • Data Entry & Data Maintenance: Ensure data and records on our systems is accurate and up-to-date
  • Administration Support: Support all general HR administration tasks, such as issuing documentation and creating presentations
  • Payroll Data Preparation: Administer transactional tasks on time and attendance software to support preparation of payroll and salary reports
  • HR Query Point of Contact: Be the point of contact for internal HR queries, provide support on where to access information and escalate queries where necessary
  • Project Support: Support local HR projects, such as Employee Engagement, Wellbeing, Employer Branding, Policy Updates
  • Report Preparation: Support the preparation of local HR data reports
