Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Multilingual Medical Information Specialist to provide high-quality medical information services via phone and email.

About the Role
  • Answer technical questions received by phone, letter, or email in respect of designated products.
  • Comply with specific working practices as agreed with clients.
  • Recognize adverse events and defective product reports and handle them in compliance with agreed SOPs and WPs.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Translate English documents into the target language or vice versa, and deliver translated responses either on the phone or in writing.
  2. Use existing standard responses to prepare medical information correspondence (via client databases) or take responsibility for liaising with the Medical Information Support Services department to request the generation of medical information correspondence.
  3. Log all enquiries in an accurate, comprehensive, and timely fashion.
  4. Manage confidential information in line with data privacy regulations.

Requirements
  • A completed pharmacy or life science degree.
  • Mother tongue/C1 level in target language and fluency in English.
  • Strong translation skills.
  • Excellent phone manner.
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritize tasks.
  • Attention to detail.
