Job Description

At Hollister Incorporated, we are committed to advancing the development and support of manufacturing processes in our Ballina plant. We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Controls Specialist to join our team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide technical support in the day-to-day operation of assigned manufacturing processes, specifically supporting various control systems and troubleshooting problems encountered in daily equipment operation.

  • Identify and implement process improvements in line with Lean TPI initiatives.
  • Lead small teams in achieving these improvements and provide specialized support for machine upgrades performed by Project Engineering.
  • Coordinate with Project Engineering to support the implementation of new manufacturing equipment.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of PLC systems and programming, as well as experience working in a controls/PLC manufacturing environment.
