About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of our Accountancy & Finance recruitment division, you will be responsible for placing candidates into various roles and building relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve monthly and quarterly fee targets by sourcing candidates through advertising, search and networking.
- Interview, select and assess candidates to meet client needs.
- Develop an expert knowledge of the specialist sector and market recruited in.
- Prepare candidates and clients for interview and ensure all parties receive the highest level of service.
- 1-2 years recruitment or previous sales experience, with proven track record in agency recruitment or sales.
- Strong organisational skills, requiring multi-tasking, and outstanding communication and influencing/interpersonal skills.
- Professional/self-motivated demeanour and attitude, a team player with entrepreneurial spirit and confident attitude.
