Senior Quantification Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Estimator. This is a key position within our organization, and as an Estimator you will play a critical part in shaping our construction projects.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and engaging supply chain partners, formatting bills of quantities, and developing cost estimates. This includes identifying suitable suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Sourcing and engagement of supply chain partners
• Formatting and inputting bills of quantities into department software
• Resourcing of bills of quantities and first principles pricing
• Issue of supply chain tender pricing enquiries
• Work package/materials quotation comparisons and validation
• BOQ measurement and take-off for cost estimates
• NRM preparation of bills of quantities and cost plans
• Tender RFI schedules and design fee schedules
• Project risk analysis and assessment
• Supply chain enquiry management and updating
• Use of departmental software system
• Reporting to senior management
