Job Description:
We're seeking a Senior Culinary Specialist to join our talented team on a full-time basis working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, office hours. As part of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your speciality, ensuring all work is presented to the highest standards in a clean, tidy, safe, and pleasant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your speciality
* Managing and training any Demi-chef De Parties or Commis working with you
* Helping the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus
* Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
About You:
* Strong cooking skills
* Experience in a similar role
* Passionate about working in a food service environment
* Able to work positively with others as part of a team
* Experience in a similar environment
* Food Hygiene Certificate
