Job Description:
At Synergy Security Solutions, we're seeking a skilled Security Officer to join our team in Cork. This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated individual who can provide top-notch security services.

Schedule and Location

This role involves working on a shift-based schedule, including weekdays and weekends. The successful candidate will be based in Cork.


About the Role
  • Protecting life and property, as well as managing incidents and responses.
  • Conducting property patrols and monitoring CCTV systems.
  • Maintaining access control and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Preparing reports and liaising with management as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A basic guarding skills qualification at QQI Level 4.
  • A Private Security Authority License for Static duties.
  • At least six months of industry experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral, at B2 level or higher.
  • A valid work permit or visa, if applicable.
  • Basic IT skills.
    • Essential Skills:
    • The ability to work a shift-based roster schedule.
    • Availability to work both weekdays and weekend shifts.
    • Exceptional communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
