We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven individual with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Previous experience in balancing cash/tills and working with fresh food would be beneficial. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial awareness and brand knowledge, as well as a genuine passion for grocery retail.

  • Main Duties:
  • Embed Centra's values: Proud, Energetic, Imaginative, and Community-Based into daily work practices
  • Support the management team in setting and achieving sales targets on gross profit margin, net margin, waste, and other KPIs
  • Develop and implement effective merchandise plans to maintain a high-store image
  • Assist in managing stock levels and implementing planograms correctly
  • Gain expertise in supply procedures, including ordering, delivery, stock rotation, and control
  • Manage assigned departments and contribute to driving business growth
