The Neurosurgery Physiotherapy Team Lead will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of physiotherapy services for patients with neurological conditions.

About the Role: As a senior physiotherapist, you will be responsible for managing a team of physiotherapists and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and develop effective physiotherapy programs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop caseloads for patients with neurological conditions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and deliver patient care.
  • Provide education and training to junior staff members.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Registered Physiotherapist with CORU registration.
  • 3+ years of post-qualification experience in neurosurgery or related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
