Corporate Sales Manager

Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced Group Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of sales planning, co-ordination, and implementation.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth.
- Manage relationships with key corporate accounts and negotiate contracts.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales & Marketing to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Ensure accurate processing and distribution of sales correspondence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior Sales role.
- Strong commercial acumen and judgement.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Knowledge of the Hospitality industry and its trends.
