Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Group Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of sales planning, co-ordination, and implementation.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue growth.
  2. Manage relationships with key corporate accounts and negotiate contracts.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  4. Collaborate with the Head of Sales & Marketing to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
  5. Ensure accurate processing and distribution of sales correspondence.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in a senior Sales role.
  2. Strong commercial acumen and judgement.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Ability to motivate and lead a team.
  5. Knowledge of the Hospitality industry and its trends.
