The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing clinical studies, ideally in exploratory and biopharmaceutics clinical development.
The role involves providing operational leadership to support study development and execution, cross-functional systems and processes, systems, metrics, and reporting, and people management and employee development.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a science-related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent qualifications/experience, and direct experience of managing clinical studies, ideally in exploratory and biopharmaceutics clinical development.
Main Objectives:- Lead activities supporting study development and execution.
- Cross-functional systems and processes.
- Systems, metrics, and reporting.
