We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Account Director. This role requires a trusted adviser with a relentless focus on bringing value to our customers within our SMB sector.
">- Job Description:
As an Account Director, you will be responsible for helping our customers effectively engage with our solutions (Talent, Learning & Glint). You will be dedicated to making our customers stronger and seeking out opportunities for growth. Your strategic approach to selling will enable you to meet/exceed revenue goals while always having your clients' best interest in mind and acting as their internal advocate to ensure they are set up for success.
Your key responsibilities will include researching customer's business and preparing thoughtful questions and insights in advance of customer meetings, asking layered, open-ended questions to understand and clarify customer's objectives and challenges beyond surface-level detail, building relationships with multiple stakeholders (vertically and horizontally) across the customer's organization, and shifting communication style and content to fit the needs of different stakeholders.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need 2+ years of applicable sales experience, business fluency in English and German, and a BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field. Experience with HR and/or e-learning software, SaaS opportunities and Salesforce.com platform and/or Dynamics, and knowledge of software contract terms and conditions will also be beneficial.
