  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage operational efficiency, from budgeting to resource allocation, ensuring cost control and top-tier service.
  • Foster efficient and collaborative working relationships with senior leadership to execute business strategies and exceed performance targets.
  • Ensure excellence in service standards, food quality, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • 3 Years General Management experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, Customer Service, Organisation, and Time Management Skills.
  • Proven track record in driving profitability while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
  • Operational expertise in managing multiple staff, with a focus on efficiency and innovation.
  • A passion for team development and mentorship.
  • Ability to manage and work within a team as well as on your own initiative.
  • Flexible with working 5 days per week, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

Package on Offer:

  • Competitive salary of €40,000 – €50,000 per year dependent on experience.
  • Free parking and meals whilst on duty.
  • Accommodation can be provided if needed as part of the package.
  • Potential for an experienced hospitality management couple to share the role and salary with accommodation provided as part of the package.
