Job Opportunity: Analog/Mixed-Signal Sensor IP Design Engineer, Senior
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Analog/Mixed-Signal Sensor IP Design Engineer to join our team. As a senior member of the design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance analog/mixed-signal hard macros for our Sensor IP products.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transistor-level circuit implementations or relevant academic experience in full-custom analog circuit design using nanometer CMOS technologies. You will be expected to work closely with our internal teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet customer requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and development of analog/mixed-signal hard macros
- Custom circuit design in latest process technologies
- Participation in internal customer discussions
- Creation of design specifications
- Behavioral modeling in Verilog
- Circuit simulation and analysis
- Quality assurance procedures
- Delivery of hard macros and support for customer integration and testing
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Science, Engineering, or related field
- 4 years of transistor level analog mixed-signal design experience
- Experience in SPICE simulators and schematic capture tools
- Knowledge of op-amps, bandgaps, differential amplifiers, VCOs, AFEs, and ADCs
- Scripting skills to automate circuit design and verification work
- Full-custom analog layout techniques
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
