Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Sales Effectiveness Coach to join our hybrid team in Dublin. As a key member of our quality enablement team, you will work closely with sales leadership to develop, implement, and improve quality assurance processes, procedures, and one-on-one coaching.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct side-by-side and remote observations to evaluate sales conversations
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to enhance consultant performance
- Work with sales management to identify individual and team coaching needs
- Assess consultant capability in executing our 4-Step Sales Process against defined sales competencies
- English language - C1 level and above
- B2B sales, digital advertising, or telesales experience required; Quality Assurance experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of our 4-Step Sales Process (Engage, Needs Analysis, Recommend/Demo, Close)
