Job Title: Transfer Pricing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our organization.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing transfer pricing structures, overseeing disputes, and leading client relationships.

  • The key responsibilities of the role include:
  • Planning and implementation of transfer pricing structures and oversight of disputes in multiple territories.
  • Leading major global client relationships in relation to international transfer pricing matters.
  • Managing and assisting in the development of strategy design and implementation.
  • Review and design of transfer pricing policies.
  • Assisting in APAs (Advanced Pricing Agreements), valuing intangible assets, and providing defence of transfer pricing in audits where appropriate.
  • Business development both internally and externally.
  • Leading and managing a team of staff.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

  • A qualified accountant (Chartered Accountant or equivalent) and ideally a member of the Irish Taxation Institute.
  • 4+ years' transfer pricing experience with exposure to advisory work.
  • Ideal operating as a transfer pricing manager within a professional services firm.
  • Technical expertise in transfer pricing issues and strong project management skills.
  • Ability to manage and develop staff.
