Cloud Security Operations Engineer

We're an early-stage cybersecurity company looking for a Cloud Security Operations Engineer to help us transform how cloud security is conducted.

Our team is passionate about solving the problem of broken cybersecurity. We're an early-stage company uniquely positioned to tackle these challenges.

  • Architect and develop robust backend services that integrate with various security tools and platforms.
  • Build and maintain scalable distributed systems, including advanced asynchronous data processing systems that enrich security data using both proprietary algorithms and third-party APIs.
  • Implement analytics services that provide actionable security insights from vast datasets.
  • Drive product development by understanding customer needs, navigating ambiguity, and prioritizing scope reduction over cutting corners in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product engineering with a track record of writing and supporting production services.
  • Extensive experience in TypeScript and its ecosystem.
  • Proven experience developing data-heavy integrations with third parties.
  • Understanding of patterns for handling data pipelines and failure-proofing asynchronous systems.
  • Knowledge of observability and cloud troubleshooting practices.
  • Excellent technical written and verbal communication skills, including with non-technical stakeholders.
