We are seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our team in Tipperary.

As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing daily living support to service users in a residential setting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Empowering service users to live independent lives
  • Transporting service users to facilitate access to daily living activities
  • Participating in household duties, such as cooking, laundry, and cleaning
  • Maintaining professional communication and relationships with the team
  • Reporting potential hazards and incidents, and ensuring safe working practices

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • QQI relevant qualification within the healthcare sector (minimum Level 5)
  • Age 18+
  • Full clean manual driving license and access to own transport
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of HIQA standards
  • Work or student experience in social care or a relevant sector
