Senior Software Architect

As a principal software engineer, you'll be part of a dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the development of cloud-based software that supports business growth. This visible position requires leveraging your experience to design, develop, and optimize applications and microservices; advocate for modern software engineering best practices; and collaborate with architects and engineers to introduce new technologies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop solutions for complex enterprise-scale problems.
- Understand both business and technical implications of architectural decisions.
- Drive improvements to software engineering practices.
- Research and recommend leading edge technologies.
- 10+ years of software development and/or architecture experience.
- Strong foundation in commercial software engineering: problem solving, data structures, algorithms, patterns, concurrency.
- Hands-on experience with asynchronous, event-based systems design and architecture using tools like MSMQ, Kafka, RabbitMQ.
- Practical knowledge of Kubernetes microservice orchestration patterns.
- Demonstrable development experience in Azure, AWS or GCP.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of APM platforms such as New Relic, Data Dog, Splunk.
- Healthcare technology experience.
- Experience with agile methodologies
