Senior Education Sector Architect Leader

We are seeking a skilled architect to lead our education sector projects in Ireland. As Project Lead Architect, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning spaces that meet Department of Education standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver inspirational teaching and learning spaces
  • Manage client relationships and lead project teams
  • Administer professional services and construction contracts

You will have a proven track record of delivering successful projects in the Irish construction sector, with experience working with statutory permissions, Building Regulations, and sustainable building design principles. A strong understanding of Building Information Management (BIM) ISO 16950 standards and Revit capability is essential.

Requirements:
  • A fully qualified architect with a minimum of 7 years full professional membership with RIAI/RIBA or equivalent
  • A minimum of 10 years experience at Senior/Associate – Lead Architect Education level
