About the Role
This role is responsible for providing strategic guidance and technical expertise in Cyber Identity & Access Management (IAM). As a subject matter expert, you will serve as a liaison between business and IT teams to ensure solutions meet standards.
You will maintain a deep understanding of industry best practices and emerging trends in CIAM, manage the review and approval process for policy and standard changes, and document and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IAM principles and technologies, knowledge of Customer IAM processes, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Customer IAM related policies, standards, and technical standards.
- Manage the review and approval process for policy and standard changes.
- Document and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between business and IT teams.
