This role is a key appointment within our Investor Services unit, responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in transfer agency roles, particularly with alternative funds.

Job Description
  • Oversee the delivery of operational tasks and reporting to clients, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through premium service quality, driving 100% referenceability for assigned clients.
  • Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in alternatives fund servicing, including complex structures and calculations.
  • Ensure accurate data processing and maintenance on various systems for all clients.
  • Review and approve transaction processing, cash handling, reporting, and investor eligibility checks in accordance with regulatory and fund guidelines.
  • Enforce adherence to service standards and deadlines.
  • Guarantee full compliance with company procedures at all times.
  • Perform quality control checks and approval on client and investor correspondence and reporting.
  • Represent Investor Services with clients, fostering strong relationships.
  • Assist senior management in growing the Investor Services unit, including participating in sales pitches, hiring staff, and developing workflows, operating models, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in transfer agency roles, with at least 3 years working with alternatives/hedge funds.
  • At least 5 years in a managerial role (minimum AVP level) with a proven track record.
  • Experience with FIS NTAS and/or Investran, transfer agency, and accounting systems, is essential.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of alternatives fund structures and various fund domiciles' regulatory requirements.
  • An understanding of private equity, including capital call processes, sub-closes, equalization, distributions, and waterfall calculations, would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with AML regulations across jurisdictions.
  • Fluency in English Language (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
  • P.C. proficiency.
  • Third-Level Degree Qualification.
