About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Graduate Process Engineer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to specialise within your chosen discipline of engineering and develop your skills and expertise in process design and engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing core engineering and consulting techniques that can be applied while working with clients in the UK and potentially internationally
  • Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team handling architectural, process, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, commissioning, validation, and construction management services
  • Developing an understanding of how these disciplines interact and the links that Process design deliverables have to other key activities in a design

Requirements

  • Graduating with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree (BEng/MEng in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering)
  • Demonstrating typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking, and being a Team Player
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required
