About the Role:
Cedar Foundation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the position of Team Leader. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Registered Manager in meeting the Residential Care Homes Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 and DHSSPS Residential Care Homes Minimum Standards, August 2011.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Registered Manager to develop and implement personalised care/support plans and individual risk assessments to meet individual needs.
- Ensure the delivery of quality care and support to residents.
- Contribute to the management of budgets and resources.
- Mentor and supervise the Support Team.
