About the Job:
This role involves providing technical support to client employees and contractors via various channels. As a Help Desk Analyst, you'll work closely with clients to resolve technical issues efficiently, using your problem-solving skills and expertise in troubleshooting macOS and iOS operating systems. You'll also be responsible for documenting resolutions in the ticketing system and escalating complex issues to relevant support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, chat, and email
- Resolve technical issues efficiently and document resolutions in the ticketing system
