Job Overview

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, ranging from €34,513 to €49,913, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including generous annual leave, additional leave for long service, and access to training and development programmes.

Job Description
The primary responsibility of this role will be to deliver high-quality youth work programmes, focusing on outcomes-based interventions that cater to the needs and interests of young people. This will involve implementing programmes in line with funding requirements, spending 70% of working hours in direct contact with young people, and establishing new programmes as needed. The successful candidate will also be required to develop and maintain community relationships, liaise with families and other relevant services, and ensure organised programmes align with Crosscare's Youth Work Approach.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, applicants must possess a 3rd level qualification in Youth Work or a related discipline. A full clean driving license and own transport are also essential. Ideally, candidates will have a minimum of 1 year's experience within this sector and an interest in education, prevention, and awareness-building among young people.
