We are a leading provider of Machine to Machine (M2M) connectivity solutions for our Internet of Things (IoT) and enterprise customers.

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of our global network infrastructure. This is a great opportunity for an experienced manager to demonstrate their technical and organisational ability, working in a small team of engineers at the cutting edge of IoT technologies.

  • Manage a team of highly experienced engineers and network architects.
  • Accountable for the strategy, delivery, and operations of globally distributed infrastructure.
  • Set objectives and conduct performance management with the team.
  • Ensure the continuous flow of work through the team to deliver on company targets.
  • Validate third-party solutions and systems are performant and cost-efficient.

Key Skills:

  • Familiarity and experience with Border Gateway Protocol, Open Shortest Path First, IP Security VPN, Multiprotocol Label Switching, Virtual Extensible LAN.
  • Firewalls – Fortinet, Check Point, Juniper or similar.
  • Management of Hybrid cloud – Azure, AWS, Data Centre, Virtualization, Linux, Storage.
  • Contribute to and guide IP network infrastructure design and implementation.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They will also have experience working in a Network Operations Centre environment and a proven track record in working with small teams.
