You will collaborate with other Care Support Professionals and Team Leaders to promote a safe working and living environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring that medication is stored and administered in accordance with our Medication Policy where necessary.

You will also familiarize yourself with all administrative requirements of the service, ensuring relevant and important information is recorded and logged according to our reporting guidelines.

Awareness of all policies and procedures in place within the service is essential, including Health & Safety.

This includes attendance and participation in all related training.
