">You will collaborate with other Care Support Professionals and Team Leaders to promote a safe working and living environment.
">Responsibilities include ensuring that medication is stored and administered in accordance with our Medication Policy where necessary.
">You will also familiarize yourself with all administrative requirements of the service, ensuring relevant and important information is recorded and logged according to our reporting guidelines.
">Awareness of all policies and procedures in place within the service is essential, including Health & Safety.
">This includes attendance and participation in all related training.
">Key Accountabilities:

- Support and empower individuals to develop or improve independent living skills as identified in person-centred plans.">
- Assist with managing domestic or social skills and personal care.">
- Work closely with Team Leaders and managers to prepare and implement individual and group support programmes.">
