Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute patient recruitment and retention strategies for global campaigns
• Manage large-scale campaigns with multiple tactics working in parallel
• Analyze enrollment metrics and adjust campaign strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective recruitment plans
• Provide management and oversight of vendors, including quality, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables
• Liaise with clients to discuss contract deliverables, budget allocation, and performance metrics
• Work in an integrated model within the study team, liaising with PD, PM, CTM, study start-up, feasibility, regulatory, as needed
• Understand assigned protocol and lead creation/coordination of patient recruitment strategy, with oversight
• Analyze recruitment reports and projections, implementing changes to strategy/tactics as necessary to achieve contracted goals
• Manage/oversee IRB/EC submissions, translations, and material production and distribution
• Provide feedback to management regarding maintenance of effective levels of recruitment activities for each project
• Deliver high-quality standards and strive for excellence; act in a proactive, flexible, and responsive manner to both internal and external customer needs
• Travel (approximately 20%) domestic and/or international, supporting other sites within the network as needed
