The successful candidate will report to the Senior Brand Manager Portfolio Strategy and Performance and work on a 12-month contract. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team focused on creating impactful brand experiences and driving commercial success in Europe.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand and Portfolio Strategy: Develop brand and portfolio strategic priorities, informing marketing plans and driving commercial goals. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define a category vision and growth story.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Support Consumer and Shopper and Innovation teams in developing European marketing initiatives, focusing on consumer promotions.
  • Better Days Strategy (ESG): Translate the company's ESG commitment (Better Days Promise) into meaningful and actionable strategies and initiatives for the Kellanova's Cereal portfolio.
  • Brand Performance: Analyze portfolio performance across markets, connecting with stakeholders to understand performance drivers and business opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the end-to-end team to ensure alignment with brand and portfolio strategy and priorities.
