Lead Bar Professional

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic bar professional to join our hospitality team in Cork. This key role involves delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards, and contributing to a welcoming environment for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a clean and tidy bar area.
  • Pour beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic options, to exacting standards.
  • Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain stock levels, restock, and perform stock rotation tasks as required.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and Bank holidays.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 Years experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Good knowledge of beverages and cocktail preparation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
